From checkout
to your door.
Once an order is placed, several steps take place before the package arrives at its destination. Processing and transit are separate stages, and the total delivery time depends on both the time required to prepare your order and the carrier's transportation schedule.
Order Received
Your order is recorded after checkout and payment has been successfully confirmed. Please make sure the shipping address and contact information are correct.
Preparation
Our fulfillment process begins. Items are checked, packed and prepared for dispatch according to the order details.
In Transit
The parcel is transferred to the appropriate delivery carrier. Tracking information may begin updating after the first carrier scan.
Delivered
Your local carrier completes the final delivery to the address provided at checkout. Delivery procedures may differ by destination.
PACKING / PREPARATION
Every order starts with careful preparation.
We prepare orders with attention to the condition of each piece and the information supplied during checkout. Fashion accessories contain small components and metal hardware, so appropriate packaging is important during transportation.
Once an order is ready to leave our fulfillment process, shipment information is passed to the carrier. Tracking visibility can take additional time to appear depending on when the carrier performs its first scan.
During high-volume periods, holidays or promotional events, processing may require additional time. We appreciate your patience while your order moves through the fulfillment process.
What to know
before ordering.
Delivery conditions can differ depending on destination, carrier availability and local regulations. The following information covers the most common situations customers may encounter.
Order Preparation
Processing begins after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Preparation time is separate from carrier transit time.
Orders may require additional processing time during major promotions, holidays, weekends or periods of unusually high demand.
Estimated Delivery
Transit time depends on the destination country, shipping method, carrier network and local delivery conditions. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be associated with your order and may also be sent by email. Please allow time for the carrier's system to register the first scan.
A tracking number that initially shows no movement does not necessarily mean the parcel is lost.
International Orders
International shipments may pass through customs or other local clearance procedures. Customs processing is controlled by the destination country and can affect the overall delivery timeline.
Any applicable duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
A little patience goes a long way.
Carrier scans are not always immediate, particularly during the first stage of transit or when a parcel is moving between logistics networks.
Weather, customs inspections, public holidays, peak-season volume, remote delivery areas and carrier capacity can all affect transit time.
If your tracking information has not changed for an unusually long period or your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us with your order number so we can help review the shipment status.
Shipping,
made clearer.
A few practical answers to common questions about addresses, tracking, delays and delivery issues.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at support@orlinacollective.store with your order number and the corrected address. We will do our best to assist before fulfillment is completed.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, changes to the delivery address may no longer be possible. Any carrier redirection or address correction is subject to the carrier's own procedures.
When will I receive my tracking number?
Tracking information is provided when the shipment has been prepared and the relevant carrier information becomes available. In some cases, the tracking number may be created before the carrier's first physical scan.
My tracking says delivered, but I cannot find the package. What should I do?
First check around your delivery location, mailbox, building reception, parcel locker, household entrances and any safe-place instructions provided to the carrier. You may also want to check with neighbors or other members of your household.
If the package remains missing, contact the carrier directly where possible and then reach out to us with your order information so we can assist with the next steps.
What happens if a package is delayed?
Delays can occur for reasons outside the control of the store, including weather, carrier congestion, customs procedures, transportation disruptions and local delivery conditions.
If your shipment has exceeded the expected delivery window by a significant amount, please contact support@orlinacollective.store with your order number and tracking information.
Do international orders have customs or import charges?
Depending on the destination, an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other import-related charges. These requirements are determined by the destination country and are outside the control of ORLINA COLLECTIVE.
Customers are responsible for applicable charges unless the checkout specifically states otherwise.
Can multiple items from one order arrive separately?
Depending on fulfillment circumstances, products may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking notification and packages may arrive at different times.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?
Please document the condition of the outer packaging and the product as soon as possible. Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged item.
Keeping the original packaging until the issue has been reviewed can be helpful when investigating a carrier-related damage claim.
What if I entered an incomplete or incorrect address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to correct the information. If the parcel has already entered transit, the available options depend on the carrier and destination.
